As part of our Community Read event, we discuss George Takei's They Called Us Enemy. This event takes place in the Hampstead Public Library's second floor meeting room. We have copies of the graphic novel available to borrow and some copies for participants to keep! This memoir in graphic novel form recounts actor/author/activist George Takei's childhood imprisoned within American concentration camps during World War II. All are welcome to the discussion.
