Library Cards

Anyone who lives, works, attends school, or owns property in Hampstead may apply for a free library card at the checkout desk. Proof of residency and a registration card (signed by a parent or guardian if the applicant is 4th grade or below) are required.

• Non-residents may have a library card for an annual fee of $30.
